ACTINIDIA deliciosa SOLISSIMO® 'Renact'
One plant is enough! SOLISSIMO ® is AUTOFERTILE!
This liana, with large heart-shaped leaves, grows long, slightly twining vigorous climbing vines, which can reach several meters in a year.
SOLISSIMO ® is AUTOFERTILE. There is no need for a male and a female variety to get fruit. In May and June the previous years' growth bears white flowers, turning into an orange tint in full bloom.
The vines carry bunches of kiwi fruit, ready for picking in November. Once well established (from the third year onwards) the plant provides many medium-sized fruits, reaching a weight of 75 to 80% of those of the 'Hayward' variety. Sweet and juicy, they are rich in vitamins. They should be picked after the first frost and can be kept until the following March.
